Sam Fishman serves as the Clean Slate Attorney for the East Bay Community Law Center, where he assists Alameda County residents obtain various kinds of post-conviction relief. Prior to this role, he served as the In-Prison Programs Attorney at Root & Rebound. Sam worked previously at EBCLC as a Temporary Housing Attorney.
