Back on the Road Coalition submitted a lengthy public comment to the Judicial Council
Friday, August 26, 2016On August 26, 2016, the Back on the Road Coalition submitted a lengthy public comment to the Judicial Council on proposed rules to traffic court procedures. Thanks to our advocacy, the Judicial Council is considering significant changes to the way traffic courts and judges consider someone’s ability to pay a fine. There’s still a long way to go, but if implemented right, this is a promising first step. For a link to the public comment, see here.
