Dylan Colbert (Berkeley Law ’21)

Fall 2019 Health & Welfare Clinical Student

Dylan was calm under pressure, organized, and a comforting presence in the lives of her clients. At each stage of her representation, starting with the very first intake call, Dylan was both skilled and thoughtful in improving the experiences of community members she worked with. Representing clients ranging from children to elders, Dylan assisted families and individuals in accessing education and disability supports, In-Home Supportive Services, affordable health insurance and medical care, and income to cover necessities. She took the time to listen to her clients, make sure they felt heard, and explained complex systems and processes in understandable terms that helped community members be powerful self-advocates. Thank you for the way you showed up for EBCLC’s clients, Dylan. We know you’ll continue to do amazing things in the future.
