In addition to engaging in movement building, city budget advocacy, and policy implementation, EBCLC advances justice through state-wide legislative advocacy. 

We celebrate our three amazing policy wins thus far in 2020 and will continue to advocate for safe emergency response alternatives. Read more about our policy wins below: 

• Families Over Fees Act, or AB 1869 – End 23 adult criminal administrative fees and cancel outstanding system debt. Read our press release here.
