Sebastien was an unwavering advocate for low-income tenants. He fought hard for every client, never settling for anything less than what the client wanted. He was diligent and professional, even in the face of merciless opposing counsel. Sebastien never gave up on clients. In one case, he helped a client who had lost her eviction case even before she came into our office. He helped the client reinstate her tenancy, get her back rent paid, and even negotiated better terms than her original lease agreement. Sebastien is an unrelenting advocate. Future opposing counsel should take note.
