Honoring the Legacy and Impact of EBCLC Student

Gregory Li (1996-2021)

This semester, our neighboring law school across the bay, UC Hastings College of the Law, will celebrate Gregory Li, who would have graduated alongside his peers in the Hastings Class of 2021. Greg spent his first summer of law school working with EBCLC’s Immigration Unit and was a passionate and bright advocate for justice. As we celebrate Berkeley Law’s 2021 graduates, EBCLC also remembers Greg’s contributions to immigrant justice.  Read more about Gregory Li here

Parting remarks from EBCLC’s Clinical Director and

Berkeley Law Alumna, Seema N. Patel:

Clinical Student Graduation Reflections:

EBCLC invited one graduating student per unit to prepare a written reflection on what their time at EBCLC meant to them.  These reflections illustrate the far-ranging impact that EBCLC’s clinical legal education program has on emerging lawyers.
