Kevin was a diligent advocate, making sure no facts were left unturned and often spotting legal issues that had not before been detected. During his semester with CJC, Kevin was assigned to a complicated affirmative case with particularly thorny legal issues surrounding the Property Assessed Clean Energy Program. A complex web of public-private laws and liabilities, Consumer Justice can be a complicated field for even seasoned attorneys. Kevin enthusiastically dove in, attending full-day CLE trainings and learning the ins and outs to help map the elements of our causes of action and sift through hundreds of public records for relevant evidence. One year later, we still find Kevin’s research vital to the litigation of our case.
