Molly was a student deeply committed to holistic, client-centered advocacy, and stopped short of nothing to ensure justice for her young clients. Molly provided expulsion representation to a young student in a case with incredibly difficult facts—an uphill battle. Never one to be deterred, Molly diligently conducted fact investigation, extensive legal research, and drafted hearing documents, so that on the day of the hearing, when an administrative panel deprived her client of due process, Molly was prepared for the fight, importantly ensuring that her client and her family had the opportunity to be heard during this otherwise dehumanizing experience.
