Rui Bing leads the Development, Communications and Data team at EBCLC. She works closely with staff and the Board of Directors to sustain and grow the organization’s revenue streams, communicate our stories, and track data to assess our programs’ impact. Rui Bing joined the team in 2023 with nearly 20 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, management and program implementation. Prior to joining EBCLC, she served as the Director of Development at the Lavender Youth Recreation and Information Center (LYRIC) in San Francisco and Sr. Producer Services Manager at Fair Trade USA in Oakland, CA. She has held similar roles in organizations focused on economic justice and environmental issues in the Bay Area, New York City, and Toronto.
