Gloria Beltran-Niebla

Gloria graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2019. Prior to joining EBCLC, Gloria was a Client Advocate at Alameda County Public Defender’s Office where she assisted clients with an array of services relating to case navigation and wraparound support. Gloria also served low-income clients with consumer and tenant legal issues as a Client Advocate at the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

In addition, Gloria has prior experience teaching English in the Dominican Republic, supporting public health in Peru, tutoring at-promise youth in San Jose and Oakland, tutoring adults at San Quentin State Prison, advocating for immigrant rights in Arizona, and interning at an NGO immigration law firm in Madrid.
