Liam Galbreth joined EBCLC in 2001 as an attorney in the Income practice and a member of the Family Advocacy Services Team. He has been working as a supervising attorney in the Health Practice since 2003. Liam currently serves on the Community Collaborative Planning Council for the Oakland Transitional Grant Area which sets priorities for HIV services in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. He has served as chair of the Executive Committee of the Family Care Network, a multidisciplinary collaborative focused on providing HIV services to Women and Youth. He was also co-chair of the Alameda County Bar Association Community Projects Committee. Liam is the co-author of Public Benefits For Persons with HIV. In Webber. D. Editor, AIDS And The Law (4th edition, pp. 9-1 to 9-81). While in law school, Liam interned at EBCLC for two semesters.
