Michael J. Loeb
Michael Loeb joined EBCLC’s board in 1991, and was the Board Chair from 1996 to 2010. He practiced employment and labor law for 30 years with two firms, Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco, where he lead the labor and employment law department before the firm’s merger with Bingham Dana in 2002, and Crosby, Heafey Roach and May (now Reed Smith). Michael joined JAMS as a full-time employment, labor ERISA and civil rights mediator and arbitrator in April 2006. He is a former President of the Alameda County Bar Association and was a recipient of the State Bar of California President’s pro bono award in 1991.
