Shazzy Kamli

Shazzy is motivated by the generation of lawyers and activists that came before her. Like her inspirations Audre Lorde and Kimberlé Crenshaw, she hopes to use her creativity and tenacity to fight against systemic oppression. Before joining the team at EBCLC, she has worked as an intern in the Office of the Public Defender in Santa Clara County, as a law clerk for Legal Aid at Work’s Work & Family Division, and as a Juvenile Justice Reform Fellow for the Policy Advocacy Clinic at Berkeley Law.

The best piece of advice Shazzy has ever gotten was to read as much as she can.
