Taylor Boutelle

Taylor joins EBCLC in July of 2020 as a legal fellow in the Health and Welfare Unit – focusing on general benefits work to keep folks housed and connected to healthcare. One of the goals of the fellowship is to build unit capacity for benefits work for the specific needs of HIV+ and at risk Transgender communities. This includes developing partnerships with Trans-centered organizations in the Bay area, such as TGI Justice Project. They first worked for EBCLC as a summer legal intern with the Health & Welfare Unit in 2018, and returned as a clinical law student in Spring 2020. Taylor is committed to the fight for equitable and accessible health and legal care, housing for all, and a prison-free world.

In their free time, Taylor enjoys eating spicy noodles, drawing, and dog spotting.
