EBCLC values holistic, accessible legal representation and services for East Bay residents to help them flourish and open up new pathways for them to pursue their dreams. Our values are:

Reflecting our Values
We are a Black women-led organization that promotes the well-being of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) people. As we advance women of color-centered legal strategy and policy solutions, our organization is growing to reflect our vision. Currently, our staff are:

- 33% LGBTQIA+
- 14% transgender or non-binary
- 66% of program staff use multiple languages in their work at EBCLC
- 52% are caregivers
