We invite you to join the East Bay Community Law Center (EBCLC) for our 5th annual Community Health Day on Thursday, October 1st. We will provide access to a wide range of legal information, free food, and community resources, including health services from our partners.
Schedule of Events:
11am-4pm Open House:
Free legal information including counseling and resources on tenants’ rights, immigration, school discipline, public benefits, and debt defense
One on one benefit application assistance & live scanning
Community resources from partner organizations such as: Berkeley Food Network, Bay Area Youth EMT, Alameda County Health PAC, Healthy Black Families
Voter registration with Alameda County Registrar of Voters
**Mobile Medical & Dental Services from Alameda Health Systems:
- Medical: Medical Screening, Physical Evaluation, Urgent Care Services, Specialist Referral, Health Care Planning, Connect to Primary Care (PCP), Pharmacist Consultations
- Dental: Dental Screenings, Oral Health Education, Referral for follow-up care
- Vaccinations: Tetanus, Diphtheria, & Pertussis
**Please note, spots for Alameda Health Systems Medical and Dental clinic are limited and held on a first come, first served basis
12-1pm Community Training:
EBCLC’s Immigration Program and Health & Economic Security Program will be hosting a free lunchtime workshop.

For nearly 40 years, EBCLC has served the East Bay , providing life-changing legal aid to build a community where people can thrive. As the federal government continues to retract resources, it is more important than ever to be in community with one another and build our collective power. EBCLC’s Community Health Day is an extension of our commitment to safeguarding our East Bay community’s social safety net and advancing justice for all. We hope to see you there!
