Ingrid supports the Immigration Program with client intake and screening, administrative support for attorneys, Spanish interpretation and translation, and application case assistance for a wide variety of immigration case types. Ingrid also supports the the Community College project.

Ingrid joined EBCLC in 2015 as an Admin Assistant for the front desk. After a year, she transitioned to the Health & Welfare Unit as the Program Coordinator. In 2018, she became a Paralegal in the Heath and Welfare Unit. In 2024, Ingrid transitioned to the Immigration Program as a Senior Paralegal.

Ingrid was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She graduated in 2006 with a law degree from the University of Central America in Managua, Nicaragua. After coming to the United States in 2009, Ingrid joined EBCLC to share her knowledge and advocate for low income communities.
