Jenail manages day-to-day accounting and financial operations, financial reporting, grant and contract invoicing, and month-end close processes. She works closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the organization’s financial records and systems, helping support EBCLC’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Jenail joined EBCLC as the Finance Manager in 2026. Prior to joining EBCLC, Jenail built a strong foundation in accounting, budgeting, and the management of federal, state, and private funds through her work at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Throughout her career, she has also gained experience in communications, data analysis, and direct social services and case management, supporting mission-driven nonprofits focused on environmental justice, housing, racial equity, and feminism.

Jenail is drawn to this work by a belief that strong financial stewardship enables organizations to sustain their missions and meaningfully serve their communities. At EBCLC, she applies that perspective to support the organization’s long-term impact and commitment to justice.
