Luke Apfeld joined EBCLC’s board in 2022. He is an associate at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP, where he represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation. At Keker, Luke is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Prior to Keker, Luke clerked for Judge Andrew Carter of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge John Owens of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Luke is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. He is a proud alum of EBCLC’s Education Defense and Justice for Youth clinic.
