Maureen Sheehy joined EBCLC’s board in 2011. She is retired from the practice of law, having formerly served as the General Counsel for the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub.

Prior to her move to the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, she was Co-Managing Partner and a litigation partner at Kilpatrick Townsend, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property. Ms. Sheehy was previously Chair of Townsend & Townsend & Crew and oversaw its merger with Kilpatrick Stockton in 2011. From 1998–2004, Ms. Sheehy was a partner with Legal Strategies Group, a litigation boutique based in Emeryville, California.
