Financial Hardship? Call the clerk’s office to request a court date for a judge to consider your ability to pay. You can also go to walk-in court. You can request that the judge order community service, a payment plan, or a reduction in fines due to your ability to pay. You will have to complete a Financial Declaration. You can also ask the judge to vacate your civil assessment fee.

Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in court and the hold will be removed.
