Mike Ng joined EBCLC’s board in 2009. He is a highly accomplished trial lawyer who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex intellectual property litigation. He has led high-stakes patent cases resulting in the recovery of hundreds of millions in royalties for his clients, and defense against claims of infringement leading to full dismissal or speedy resolution on favorable terms. In addition to patent cases, he has represented parties in trademark, trade dress, copyright and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and royalty disputes.
