Financial Hardship? If they live in Modoc, can do community service, which is set up through the probation office ($10/hour). Payment plans are always an option. Reduction/waiver requests can be put on calendar (Traffic Fridays – walk-in court every other Friday starting at 2:00pm). Petitions to vacate civil assessment fee is accepted by mail.
Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in court or the defendant must pay the fine in full.
