Ingrid was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She graduated in 2006 with a Law degree from the University of Central America in Managua, Nicaragua. After coming to the United States in 2009, Ingrid completed a Paralegal Certificate at UC Berkeley Extension in 2014. Ingrid joined EBCLC in February 2015.
