Financial Hardship? Go before the judge to request a reduction. Come to walk-in traffic court between 8:00am and 9:00am on one of three Thursdays each month (walk-in court is always three Thursdays per month but which Thursdays it is varies). You can also get on a payment plan by filling out a Promise to Pay form. There is a $35 fee.
If you have a civil assessment fee, you can also request to go before the judge to ask that the fee be vacated.
Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in court and the hold will be removed.
