Financial Hardship? Complete the Ability-to-Pay form and the Request to Vacate Civil Assessment Fee. Call the court for instructions on how to submit the form. The default payment plan structure is: $50/month if 0-$300; $100/month for $300-$2000; $150/month if owe more than $2000-$5000. A person can submit a Financial Declaration to request a lower payment amount.
Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in court or pay in full; contact court office to write letter to be reviewed by a judge requesting reduction/payment plans. Releasing a FTP hold requires full payment or an appearance where a request is made of the judge.
