Financial Hardship? Write a letter to the Commissioner (can use Petition to Modify Penalties). OR get added on to the court calendar (FTAs and FTPs). If it is a Chico case, walk-in court occurs on Thursdays at 8am. It it is an Oroville case, walk-in court occurs on Friday at 12:45pm.

Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in walk-in court and ask to see the judge. Or, set up a payment plan with the court.
