Financial Hardship? Defendant can mail or submit in person a form for an ability-to-pay determination. Judge will make a decision on the papers. Defendant can appeal her decision by asking for a court appearance.
Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Fine must be paid in full.
