Traffic Court Phone Number: (707) 561-7860

Financial Hardship? Fill out Ability to Pay form. Attach proof of your income. Turn the form in to the clerks or mail it in. You will get an answer in the mail or by phone. If the ticket is non-delinquent you could also appear in court and ask the judge for community service or a reduction in the fine.

If you have a Failure to Pay or Failure to Appear but the ticket is not in collections, you can call the clerks and get on calendar to see the judge about your ability to pay (you will need to appear in court). Walk-in court is only available for new tickets. It takes about a week to get on calendar in Vallejo

If your ticket is in collections you will need to go through their office to address ability to pay concerns. Collections (GC Services) has a separate ATP/Civil Assessment Vacate Request Declaration form. Collections will screen your application and let you know if you qualify for your request to be submitted to the judge.

Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Appear in court and the hold will be removed.
