Financial Hardship? You can call the clerks’s office to schedule a hearing before the judge about your ability to pay. Bring written proof of your financial hardship. You can also mail in a request to get on the walk-in calendar (which is held on Wednesdays) for a financial hardship hearing.
If your ticket has been sent to outside collections, then you will need to contact the collections agency first before you can go before the judge regarding your financial hardship.
Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? Pay at least half of your ticket and set up a payment plan for the remainder of the ticket.
