Financial Hardship? Appear before the judge to request a reduction in fines, payment plan, or community service based on financial hardship. To set a date for a hearing you can call the clerks’ office, go in person, or do it online. There is no walk-in court.

Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? You can get the hold removed by paying in full OR by setting up a payment plan (the hold is removed when you make your first payment which is usually half the total fine), OR if your ticket is still in “active” status, you can schedule a court date and appear before the judge and the hold will usually be removed (without you having to pay first).
