Financial Hardship? Complete the Ability-to-Pay form and the Request to Vacate Civil Assessment Fee. Can be mailed to the courthouse. It can take up to 60 days on the answer for application/order.

Driver’s License Hold/Suspension for Failure to Appear? (1) Pay the fine in full, or (2) set up a $50/month payment plan with 10% of the fine down. There is a $35 payment plan fee. Must be put on a payment plan before asking to see the judge. 14601.1 and 12500 cases are filed in misdemeanor court and person must make an appearance in criminal court.
