The East Bay Community Law Center is proud to have been featured on the Kelly Clarkson Show as part of their “Rad Humans” segment. During the interview, our Executive Director Zoë Polk shared how EBCLC works to create an equal environment for people who are vulnerable or disadvantaged:
“The East Bay Community Law Center believes that your race and gender should not determine whether you are treated fairly in our legal system. We aim to level the playing field for our clients.”
The audience also heard from our board member Sandra, who sought help to get her record expunged after losing her job, and alumni Jocelyn, a child of immigrants who received legal training from EBCLC.
