Daven Lowhurst joined EBCLC’s board in 1999. After 30 years of sophisticated, “big law” practice at some of the most prominent law firms in the world, he opened the Law Offices of Daven Lowhurst to continue providing clients with creative, high-quality representation. Daven has a broad civil trial and appellate practice, as well as extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
He focuses on disputes involving insurance coverage and recoveries, contractual relations, construction projects, commercial landlord-tenant relations, and products liability and warranty claims. Daven has been repeatedly recognized as a Northern California “Super Lawyer” in both commercial litigation and construction.
