Having started his career as a research consultant, Peter worked as an Impact Evaluation Analyst at Citizens Advice, the largest provider of community legal services in England and Wales.

After moving to the United States in 2015, he worked as a Senior Research Analyst at the Judicial Council of California in a role focusing on the funding methodology for California’s superior courts. Peter then joined OneJustice, a legal services support center based in San Francisco, as Senior Manager of Research & Evaluation, and provided training and technical assistance to legal services organizations across California. Peter joined the East Bay Community Law Center in 2020 and collaborates with teams across the organization to use data and evaluation to advance their work.
