Eleana Hai joined EBCLC’s Development, Communications, and Data team in January 2024 as the Individual Giving Manager. Prior to joining EBCLC, she contributed her skills to a similar role at a Bay Area organization dedicated to education and social welfare.

Her academic journey at Stanford University, where she focused on educational equity, has been instrumental in shaping her commitment to public welfare and directing her career path in the non-profit sector. Eleana was drawn to EBCLC due to her commitment to equity, diversity, and racial justice, which closely align with her personal values and professional goals.
