Jasmine is dedicated to working alongside organizations that strive to address systemic issues and divert resources to people in need.

Before joining EBCLC, she was the office administrator of Berkeley Law’s Clinical Program, and volunteered with multiple grassroots and mutual aid organizations in the East Bay, including People’s Programs Oakland. As a community advocate and organizer at heart, she loves seeking opportunities to make transformative change with people who are committed to freedom and healing for all. Jasmine is a UC Berkeley graduate, receiving a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and minoring in African American Studies and Geography. At Cal, she was a legal intern at the Death Penalty Clinic, program cooordinator and tutor for Teach in Prison, and space and programs coordinator at Fannie Lou Hamer Black Resource Center. Jasmine is always inspired by the struggles, stories, and resilience of the communities she is a part of and works with. She enjoys reading, writing, singing, and creating.
