Marilyn is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Oakland. In her previous experience working with unhoused families in the city of San Francisco, Marilyn saw first hand how devastating losing housing is for individuals and families.

This led her to EBCLC, where she works to prevent evictions by connecting people to legal resources. Marilyn believes that housing is a human right and would like for housing to be accessible to all.
