Michelle Natividad Rodriguez has spent nearly 25 years advancing racial and economic justice as an advocate, attorney, coalition builder, and executive leader. As Founder and Principal of MNRodriguez Consulting, she coaches senior leaders and supports organizations in building the strategy, systems, and leadership needed to drive meaningful change to support a multiracial democracy.

Most recently, Michelle served as Chief Program Officer at the National Employment Law Project (NELP), a leading workers’ rights organization committed to transformative policy solutions. At NELP, she helped guide strategy and program execution through the pandemic and a hostile federal policy environment to build worker power, strengthen worker protections, and advance a good-jobs economy where all workers can thrive.
